Would recommend for a quick weekend visit

Beautiful room, beautiful view, especially from the balcony, where we enjoyed the sun in the afternoon while having a nice breakfast from the restaurant. the convenient location gave us easy access to explore the town and get some exercise using the stairs.

Limited information on local attractions nearby, which might be hard to find without asking the staff.

Immaculate garden and pool facilities

The pool area shows sign of meticulous maintenance, providing a nice spot for relaxation. The garden is lush and well-kept, offering a pleasant escape right on the property, perfect for a quiet moment in nature.

The hotel feels dated, straying far from any semblance of a four-star experience. Parking is misrepresented as free. it’s rather limited, and good luck finding a spot nearby. The furniture and decor scream for renovation, and the lack of complimentary water in the room is puzzling. Soundproofing? Don’t count on it. the walls do little to keep out the noise from troublesome neighbors and the dining area can feel loud and chaotic. Options for dining are scant, especially if you’re vegetarian. even meaty dishes struggle to impress. Lastly, the entertainment caters to a bygone era, leaving younger guests yearning for some real fun.

It was just a suitable option for one night in Puerto de la Cruz with good value considering the price. The breakfast served every morning was okay, though it was the same every day. Be prepared for some uphill walking when heading out.

We stayed here for 7 nights in a Double or Twin Room with Mountain View and wow, the Teide view from our balcony was stunning! We loved chilling in the sun and taking the stairs to explore Puerto de la Cruz. The breakfast at the snack bar was good, but the WiFi could be better. Overall, a lovely spot we’ll definitely return to!

The double room had air conditioning, a balcony, a minibar, and TV with satellite channels. The spa was awesome with a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. Breakfast was rich, featuring local dishes and freshly baked bread. The nearby park was perfect for relaxing walks. Easy access to hiking trails. Great stay overall!
